Ingredients | Barefoot Pink Moscato Champagne Alcohol Content1 (15.25 ounce) package French vanilla cake mix1 ½ cups pink Champagne (such as Andre®)3 egg whites2 (1.3 ounce) envelopes dry whipped topping mix (such as Dream Whip®)¼ cup vegetable oil1 egg5 drops red food coloringDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 muffin tins with cupcake liners.Combine cake mix, Champagne, egg whites, whipped topping mix, vegetable oil, egg, and red food coloring in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth, about 3 minutes.
